SolmOne

A community for being fully human, in a world that keeps asking us to be less.

Gatherings, workshops, and conversations, open to anyone. A space to observe, compare notes, and think together about human capacity in a modern age.

What SolmOne is

A place to pay attention, together.

We bring together people working at the edge of what it means to stay sharp, sensing, and whole: founders and leaders, coaches, researchers in cognition, women's health, biotech and geoscience — and anyone serious about paying attention to their own life and the conditions around them.

We run gatherings, workshops, and open conversations. Most are free and open to anyone. No metrics, no rankings, no performance — just people who find value in slowing down and thinking together about human capacity in a modern age.

Events

Open to all

Regular gatherings, in person and online. Conversations about attention, cognition, the body, the natural world, and what it means to stay fully human as conditions change.

No account needed to attend most events. Browse what's coming up and register in a few steps.

The companion app

Free to download

SolmOne also makes a daily observation app, free on the App Store and open to anyone. A place to record what you notice about your days, your body, and the conditions around you, and to read those patterns back over time.

Three layers: cognition, environment, and biology. No scores, no streaks, no nudges. Your record stays yours. Export anything. Delete anything.

Data

Your data is treated with care.

SolmOne stores what you log so the platform can read your patterns back to you, and so you can return to your own record over time. Anonymised aggregate patterns across all users help the platform improve and feed our research.

What we don't do: we don't sell your data, share it with advertisers or insurers, or allow third-party brokering.

You can export everything you've ever entered, in machine-readable form, at any time. You can delete your account and your individual records whenever you want.
