SolmOne is a technology by Solm Systems Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we handle your data.
1. What We Collect
SolmOne collects the following information when you use the app:
- Email address — used for authentication and account identification.
- Journal entries — text you enter across dream, emotion, symbol, sound, and symbolica alphabet fields, plus any additional notes.
- Images — photos you optionally attach to symbol and symbolica alphabet entries.
- Coherence scores — calculated from your entries and stored for historical tracking.
- Reflections — structured summaries generated from your entries.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the SolmOne service:
- To generate personalised reflections and coherence scores from your entries.
- To display your historical patterns, archive, and meaning field visualisations.
- To provide contextual responses in the KAIRO chat feature.
3. Third-Party Services
SolmOne uses the following third-party service for reflection and chat generation:
- Anthropic (Claude) — your entry text is sent to Anthropic's API to generate reflections and chat responses. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy. No personally identifiable information beyond your entry content is shared.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any other third parties.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. Uploaded images are stored in cloud object storage. All data is associated with your account and is not accessible to other users.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may delete individual entries at any time through the app. You may delete your entire account and all associated data from the Account screen.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access all your data through the app's archive and coherence screens.
- Delete individual entries at any time.
- Delete your entire account and all associated data permanently.
7. Children's Privacy
SolmOne is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
