How to access, export, and delete your data — SolmOne by Solm Systems Ltd

What Data We Hold

SolmOne stores the following data linked to your account:

Delete Individual Entries

You can delete individual entries at any time from the Log tab in the app. Deleting an entry permanently removes the entry text, any attached images, associated reflections, and recurrence data.

Delete Your Entire Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Account screen in the app. This action:

To delete your account:

Open SolmOne → tap your avatar (top right of home screen) → scroll down → tap "Delete Account"

Request Data Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion manually, you can email us:

Include the email address associated with your account. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Data Portability

You have the right to request a copy of your data. Contact us at the email above and we will provide an export of your entries, reflections, and clarity history in a standard format.

Third-Party Data

Entry text sent to the Anthropic API for reflection generation is subject to Anthropic's data handling policies. We do not retain copies of API responses beyond what is stored as your reflections. No other third parties receive your data.
